FarmGem Self Propelled Sprayers
Saphire II
A professional machine for the professional grower, the Sapphire II provides operator comfort, sophistication and the latest technology. Each machine is hand build to suit the customer's individual requirements. A Perkins Tier IV final 6 cylinder engine provides a smooth, high torque delivery of power to the hydrostatic transmission system, enabling a transport speed of up to 40km/h. During the design process of the Sapphire II our number one priority was the operator. So we fitted a quiet high specification cabin which has an air bag mounting to the chassis. Combined with the all-round axle air suspension it provides the ultimate operator's comfort and platform for perfect boom stability. The machine is equipped with constant four wheel, auto selectable four wheel steering system, which can be controlled by a DGPS guidance in combination with the auto spray section on/off system. A joystick and a large Muller colour terminal provides operator's control and information at their fingertips. Sapphire II can even be equipped with remote hydraulic track width adjustment, which is controlled from the cabin, up to 160cm ground clearance, LED night operation lighting or even a hydraulic pressure washer fitted!

Saphire III
The Sapphire III is packed with even more features than a Sapphire II and can be fitted with up to a 6000 litre tank. The highly efficient Perkins 200hp or 225hp Tier IV final 6 cylinder engine provides plenty of power. SmartDriveTM monitors and controls the MS18 and MW24 Poclain hydrostatic transmission, reducing fuel consumption and maintaining a constant spraying speed via cruise control. Hydraulic track width can be adjusted between 180cm and 220 cm from the cabin. The Cabin is fully air suspended and is one of the most spacious available. Operator comfort is further enhanced by the ergonomic positioning of all vehicle and sprayer controls and excellent all-round visibility thanks to large windows and narrow pillars. You have an uninterrupted view of the spray boom thanks to the curved rear window. FarmGEM has led the way with their innovative boom design for many years. Both the FG and Tri-Fold booms are designed with strength, durability and excellent stability. Fingertip Fluid Control system provides filling without complicated valve system layouts to learn. Just three simple push buttons will allow you to select between filling, tank washing or spray line rinsing, all can be operated from outside at the operator filling station or from within the cabin. So flushing the sprayer with clean water can be controlled from the cabin!

Saphire VT2
A self-propelled sprayer especially designed and built to treat tall crops such as maize, oil seed rape or sun flowers. The VT2 is unique and not a standard build machine which has been adapted to have higher ground clearance! The VT2 has a ground clearance of 200cm and excellent stability, this has been achieved by mounting twin 2000 litre (4000 litre total) tanks in between the front and rear wheels on each side of the machine. When the hydraulically powered axle track adjustment 210cm – 310cm moves the tanks also move, making the VT2 the most stable machine with 200cm ground clearance available. As with the other Sapphire machines a quiet high specification cabin which has an air bag mounting to the chassis is standard. As is all-round self-levelling axle air suspension system which maintains a stable and consistent ride height as the sprayer tanks fill or empty and the anti-roll system provides good stability in the field or on the road. Perkins 200hp or 225hp Tier IV final 6 cylinder engine provides power to the hydrostatic drive and 340/85 R46 wheels.
